Once you place an order, we create your product specifically based on the design or personalization you’ve selected. Our Print on Demand service ensures that each item is custom-made just for you. After production, we ship it directly to your doorstep!
3. Can I return or exchange my custom order?
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or if there was an error with your order. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
